small elevator limited assistance

the elevator was quite small it barely fit me and my luggage I had to wait longer than expected each time I needed it there wasn't always staff available to assist with luggage I found that frustrating the limited assistance delayed my plans a bit I think a larger more efficient elevator would greatly improve guest experience

our stay felt special from the beginning. i appreciated the location, near many attractions. the staff was helpful with directions and local tips. the breakfast in the courtyard each morning started our day wonderfully.

the elevator sometimes had a slight delay.

the breakfast was varied and fresh it was in a room with an amazing ceiling i suppose that's something

i reserved a room here months in advance based on recommendations the hotel told me i had to stay in a nearby sister hotel it did not have a balcony and overlooked a dreary interior i was not offered a refund or discount

comfortable bed renovated bathroom

The location is Great. It sits central to amazing restaurants on Via Toledo and the bay. the bed WAS comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. I also appreciated the renovated bathroom, it was very nice.
