the breakfast was varied and fresh it was in a room with an amazing ceiling i suppose that's something
i reserved a room here months in advance based on recommendations the hotel told me i had to stay in a nearby sister hotel it did not have a balcony and overlooked a dreary interior i was not offered a refund or discount

The location is Great. It sits central to amazing restaurants on Via Toledo and the bay. the bed WAS comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. I also appreciated the renovated bathroom, it was very nice.
the room did not have basic amenities, such as a pen or a bathroom amenity kit. also, staff did not replace soap or shower gel . i think these items should be provided in the future.

the receptionist was incredibly pleasant and willing to help us. the manager seemed prepared and available to guests, addressing any request presented. i found their dedication very charming.
